Thanks to the company's ability to anticipate the needs and desires of consumers, Robertet remains innovative and they have enjoyed global success, proof of which lies with its international presence, namely in Europe, the United States, Latin America, and Japan. Robertet's activities are divided into three divisions: food flavours, perfume manufacturing, and raw materials. The company have also safeguarded the traditional methods of processing flavours and scents and apply the cold extraction technique. They also develop sweet smelling and subtle alcohol based flavours in this way. As far as natural products are concerned, Robertet process them themselves and in a large variety that they sell in their natural form or that they process. The main ones include tuberose, jasmine, ginger, whole nutmegs, and tea.

These Customer facing areas now have a modern relaxing sense whilst maintaining the functionality needed within a busy working environment
