Brazier Interiors were pleased to have been appointed Principal Contractor for the renovation of an existing 1930`s warehouse building into a state-of-the-art self storage facility.

Squarefoot Self Storage located at Central Way, Andover, Hampshire was launched in January 2009 and is now able to offer both businesses and individuals a clean, dry & well lit storage facility with units ranging from 20sqft to 250sqft, and contracts from only 1 week’s duration.

All units benefit from a full integrated smoke & fire detection systems along with 24 hour 7 days a week secure access with CCTV monitoring, packaging supplies, trolleys and pallet trucks available along with under cover loading / off loading bay.
